NEW CLIENTS
GETTING ANY MASSAGE, FACIAL and/or BODY TREATMENT please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a medical history form and receive a skin/body consultation, so we may be able to customize a program to best suit your requirements.
REPEAT CLIENTS
GETTING ANY MASSAGE, FACIAL and/or BODY TREATMENT please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to put your things away in your locker and put on a robe.
ONLY Nail Care Services or ONLY Waxing
Please arrive AT your scheduled appointment time. Robes/Lockers are not provided to clients only getting nail care or waxing services. If you are getting nails with other services please refer to first two notices we usually try to schedule nail services after a massage, facial or body treatment.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our staff please notify us of any cancellations 24 hours or more before your appointment time. CALL (434) 589-1068 to Cancel. DO NOT EMAIL!
Please provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. Sycamore Day Spa reserves the right to charge for any services not cancelled within this time. The service amount will have to be paid PRIOR to rescheduling any appointment.
What if I am Late?
All treatments will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next guest. Arriving late may simply limit the time of your treatment, depending on other appointments booked after your service. If a client is very late past your actual appointment time, your service may be denied and a 50% service fee will be charged before rescheduling to ensure that the technician is paid for their lost service time.

Free parking is available in the parking lot directly in front of our building.
