You can make an appointment online by clicking above or you can call us!
We take walk-ins when there are openings. It is best to call ahead.
We would LOVE to answer your questions and help make any appointments for you. We are waiting by the phone Tuesday-Saturday 8:45am-7pm to assist you!
Let us know if you would like a Massage therapist, an Esthetician or a Nail Tech to call you to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We want to help!
- Together Time Massage & Packages can only be called in to schedule.
- If you would like to cancel or change any appointment to another service type
please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. - You will receive a call 24-48 hours before your appointment for a reminder message. Please leave a valid phone number or your appointment may be cancelled.
- Please call the shop if you do not receive an email confirmation after making an online appiontment. You should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours after making your appointment. We do not usually send them out on Sundays & Mondays.
- Appointments can be scheduled up to 3 months ahead on the online system.
- Any special requests such as "use unscented lotion only" or "allergic to seafood", anything you want extra to help you get the best service, please leave a note in the comment of the appointment booking page and we will do our best to accomodate you.
- You can only schedule a minimum of 6 hours ahead for an appointment online, please call the Spa for an earlier appointment. We have lots of walk-ins and don't want confusions.
- Email Appointment Reminders are sent out a day or two before your appointment.
- Please CALL the spa for changes with your appointment or to ask when your appointment was scheduled. (434) 589-1068. DO NOT EMAIL US.
- If we call for a confirmation and the phone number to reach you or leave a message is invalid, your appointment may be cancelled. Please leave a valid phone number.
- Packages, Double Therapy & Couples Treatments performed by two therapists must be scheduled by phone only. A lot of our clients book facials or nail appointments while the partner gets a massage and vice versa afterwards to book online.
- Please DO NOT abuse this online system. We are the only spa locally with it and would like to continue using it! When you make an appointment our therapists go out of their way to be there for you, especially with two or more guests. Our entire team takes a lot of time to set up so many things from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave to ensure the most pampering service. Some of those products have to be thrown away if you don't show up. Walk-ins show up and we turn them away because you have booked that time. We would greatly appreciate the courtesy of notifying us of cancellations as soon as you know. We make records of all no shows and cancellations made in less than 24 hours. Clients that repeatedly call at the last minute or no show, can not make appointments, they can only walk in when there is openings. No shows must pay 50% of the appointment that they no showed before rescheduling with us. Our therapists do not get paid when you don't show up, this ensures that they get paid for their lost time.
